The streaming protocol provided by VTube Studio for iOS for third-party desktop clients. Any iOS device already running VTube Studio can drive Persona directly without installing additional software.
Persona includes one source of this type by default.
Setup
- In the VTube Studio iOS app, turn on streaming to third-party PC clients.
- Add a source of this type in Persona, assign it an avatar, and enable face tracking.
Auto-Discovery
Persona broadcasts a tracking request to UDP port 21412 on every local subnet once per second, notifying the mobile device which port to stream back to. No manual IP address or port configuration is required — which is why this source type has no Port setting; tracking data returns to an ephemeral port.
When using multiple devices, bind each source to its corresponding device using Tracker IP.
If broadcast packets are blocked — typical on VPNs, guest Wi-Fi networks, or
routers with client isolation enabled — use the PERSONA_VTS_PHONE_IP
environment variable to specify a direct unicast IP address. See
