The protocol VTube Studio for iOS offers to non-VTS desktop clients. A phone that already runs VTube Studio can drive Persona without installing anything else

Setting It Up
- In the VTube Studio iOS app, enable streaming to third-party PC clients
- Add a source of this kind in Persona, assign it avatars, and enable face tracking
Discovery
Persona broadcasts a tracking request to UDP port 21412 on every local subnet once per second, telling the phone which port to stream back to. No manual address or port entry is needed — which is also why this kind has no Port field, since the stream comes back to an ephemeral port
To run several feeds, assign a phone address to each source with Tracker IP
When broadcasts cannot get through — common on a VPN, guest Wi-Fi, or a
network that isolates devices — the PERSONA_VTS_PHONE_IP environment
variable adds a directed target alongside the usual broadcasts. See
