Open a Live2D avatar’s Motions section to play its motion groups or record a new motion.
Motions
Clicking a motion group button plays a random motion from that group, and the button remains highlighted while playback is active.
Selecting another motion immediately interrupts and replaces the running motion (including looping motions), matching VTube Studio's behavior.
Clicking the active motion button a second time stops playback immediately: the motion fades out smoothly according to the model's configured fade-out duration before returning control to the idle animation. Because looping motions never finish on their own, clicking the button again is the only way to end them; one-shot motions can also be stopped early in the same manner. If an avatar shortcut is bound to that motion, pressing the shortcut again also stops playback. Note that shortcut-triggered motions always play once (matching VTube Studio hotkeys, regardless of any loop flag in the file), whereas clicking the button in the UI or triggering Play Motion in automations honors the file's loop setting.
Groups containing looping motions display a repeat icon next to their name.
Groups containing multiple motions feature a dropdown arrow on the right. Expanding the dropdown reveals every individual motion in the group, with the currently active motion marked by a checkmark. Use this when you want to trigger a specific motion rather than a random pick; clicking a checked motion stops playback.
While a motion is playing, it overrides face tracking on any parameters it animates (matching VTube Studio). Once the motion finishes, those parameters blend smoothly back into face tracking over approximately 0.3 seconds.
The top of the panel also provides Record Motion, which captures the model's live movements into a new motion file—see Recording Motions.
