Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner of the Profiles tab to access Settings.
Language
Choose between System Default, English, 简体中文, or 繁體中文. The app language operates independently of your system language setting, and changes take effect immediately. Calendar dates and number formatting adapt to your chosen language while respecting your device locale preferences (such as the first day of the week).
Notifications
Manage notification schedules, daily bundling, and privacy preferences for upcoming period alerts and check-ins. See Reminders.
Calendar Sync
Give each profile you choose its own calendar in the Calendar app, synced with its logged periods and predictions. See Calendar Sync.
Apple Health
Choose the profile that's you to add its logged periods to Apple Health. This setting isn't shown on a Mac, where Apple Health isn't available. See Apple Health.
Data & Sync
Displays the current iCloud connection and synchronization status. Tap Check iCloud to refresh the connection:

| iCloud is temporarily unavailable | iCloud servers cannot be reached right now. Your data remains safe on this device and will sync once connectivity returns |
During an active sync, the screen displays "Syncing changes…". If a sync operation cannot complete, your data remains safely stored locally, and the app will automatically retry synchronization later.
Profiles, period logs, custom background photos, pinned favorites, and your choice of profile for Apple Health all synchronize across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Local preferences—including the app language, profile sort order, reminder schedules, and calendar sync settings—remain on each individual device.
Backup
Use Export Data to save profiles and their logged periods to a backup file, or Import Data to restore from one. Importing adds only what's missing and never changes existing data. See Backup.
Profile Limit
You can track up to five profiles completely free. Tap Unlock Unlimited Profiles—or attempt to add a sixth profile—to open the purchase screen:
- One-time purchase: A single, lifetime purchase with no recurring subscriptions, priced as shown in the App Store
- Ask to Buy: If a purchase requires approval from a parent or family organizer, unlimited profiles will unlock automatically once approved
- Restore Purchases: On a new device or after reinstalling the app, tap Restore Purchases to restore your unlocked status
- Unlocked status: Once unlocked, this section confirms with Unlimited Profiles Unlocked
If a purchase is ever refunded, your existing profiles remain fully accessible—no data is deleted or locked. However, purchasing Unlimited Profiles again is required to create additional profiles beyond five.
Privacy
