Calendar and Sharing

Calendar

The Calendar tab (Shared Rhythms) brings together every profile's periods and ovulation windows into a single monthly view:

  • Tap the navigation arrows beside the month for Previous Month or Next Month, or tap Today to return to the current date
  • Tap the filter button in the top-right corner (Filter Profiles) to switch between All Profiles and a specific person
  • Each profile's periods and estimated ovulation windows run across the days as colored bars, each starting with a phase symbol and the profile's name. On short bars, the name shortens to its initial or only the symbol remains. When only one profile is shown, bars are labeled with the phase name instead. Follicular and luteal phases aren't marked on the calendar
  • A bar's fill shows how certain it is: logged days are solid, estimated days are pale, and rough estimates are pale with diagonal stripes
  • When a week has more bars than fit, the extras are combined into a count
  • The legend beneath the calendar shows the styles for Logged Period, Estimated Period, Estimated Ovulation Window, and Rough Estimate
  • With the system's Differentiate Without Color setting turned on, short bars keep their phase symbol and shorten the name to its initial

Select any day to list each visible profile in your sort order on the Profiles tab, showing its cycle dial, its phase that day, and a countdown to the next period. Tap a row to open that profile; when you return, the calendar stays on the same day. For more on faded dates and rough estimates, see Rough Estimates.

Share Summary

Tap Share Summary on the calendar view to export an overview of all visible profiles for the selected day. Alternatively, choosing Share Summary from a profile's Profile Options menu shares a snapshot tailored exclusively to that individual for today.

The summary includes each profile's name, cycle phase, cycle day, upcoming period, and estimated ovulation window, along with any relevant prediction notes:
