This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of our AI-Chat API, Chat-Translation API, and free LAPLACE TTS services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose
This Policy is designed to:
- Ensure equitable access to our Services for all users
- Prevent abuse, misuse, and exploitation of our Services
- Maintain the quality, reliability, and performance of our Services
- Protect our intellectual property and technological infrastructure
2. Rate Limits and Usage Quotas
2.1 API Request Limits
Users are subject to the following limits:
- AI-Chat API: 1,000 requests per day
- Chat-Translation API: 120 requests per minute
- AI TTS: 90 requests per minute
Enterprise customers may have custom limits based on their service agreement.
2.2 Request Size
- Maximum input text size/token: based on the models
- Maximum attachment size: 4MB per request
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to:
3.1 Content Violations
- Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content
- Create content that infringes upon intellectual property rights
- Generate hate speech, harassment, or threatening material
- Create content that promotes self-harm or harm to others
- Generate sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content
- Impersonate individuals or entities without authorization
- Engage in deceptive practices or misrepresentation
3.2 Technical Violations
- Attempt to reverse engineer our APIs or underlying models
- Implement automated scraping or data harvesting techniques
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
- Share API credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Resell our Services without explicit written permission
- Conduct penetration testing without prior authorization
- Deploy mechanisms to obfuscate prohibited content generation
3.3 Operational Violations
- Engage in activities that may disrupt or damage our Services
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other malicious activities
- Interfere with other users' access to or use of the Services
- Use our Services as a computational resource for purposes unrelated to the intended functionality
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
4.1 Usage Monitoring
We maintain the right to monitor Service usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. This monitoring is done programmatically and respects user privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Enforcement Actions
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Temporary suspension of API access
- Permanent termination of your Login Sync Token
- Usage restrictions or additional limitations
4.3 Appeals Process
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting me on Discord within 3 days of the enforcement action.
5. Data Usage and Retention
5.1 API Data
- We retain API request logs for up to 3650 days for operational and security purposes
- We may use anonymized data to improve our Services
- We do not claim ownership of your content, but require limited rights to process it
5.2 Content Rights
- You maintain ownership of all content you submit through our Services
- You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Services
- We retain all rights, title, and interest in any AI-generated content produced by our Services
- You are granted a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated content for your intended purpose, subject to the terms of this Policy
6. Service Quality and Availability
6.1 Service Level Commitments
- Our Services aim to maintain 99% uptime, measured monthly
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 12 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
6.2 Support Response Times
- Normal users: Initial response within 144 hours
- Enterprise customers: As specified in your service agreement
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Social media channels like X, Discord, etc.
- Updates to our documentation
